Dec.11 - Day before surgery
The time has come. Surgery is just a sleep away. I am feeling pretty good considering what is about to happen to me tomorrow. Definitely nervous and I'm sure the reality of it will hit me once I smell the hospital in the morning. Surgery is at 10:45 for an hour but I have to be there by 8:00 am. If all goes well I should be able to leave around 4 pm. I picked up my prescription drugs today and I have a feeling that they will be my best friend over these next few days.
